To delete photos from your gallery, select ‘Hotel Settings’ from the navigation menu and then select ‘Manage Gallery’. On the Gallery Management page, you can view all photos already uploaded to your gallery. To remove a photo click the ‘Delete’ button from the right column.

What size should my logo be?

Yes, you can schedule news.

How do I delete/ remove event? To delete an event, go to the ‘Manage events’ page on the navigation menu. Find the event you wish you remove, and click the ‘Delete’ button.

To delete news, go to the ‘Manage News’ page on the navigation menu. Find the news you wish you remove, and click the ‘Delete’ button.

How do I delete/ remove an offer? To delete an offer, go to the ‘Manage offers’ page on the navigation menu. Find the offer you wish you remove, and click the ‘Delete’ button.

While registering to Hotel Mate, you have the option to enter a URL for your preferred taxi service.

While registering to Hotel Mate, you have the option to enter a URL for your preferred airport transfer service.

While registering to Hotel Mate, you have the option to enter a URL for your preferred car hire service.

While registering to Hotel Mate, you will be asked to enter your web URL for your booking engine.

In order to make your feedback visible to other users connected to your hotel, go to the ‘Manage Feedback’ page on the navigation menu. Select ‘approve’ to the feedback you would like to be made public.

Anyone who connects to your hotel and is signed in, can see feedback which you have approved.

To respond to inquiries, go to the ‘Manage Enquiries’ page on the navigation menu. On the ‘Enquiry Management’ page, you can see all questions sent by your guests. To respond, click reply and a pop up window will appear where you can type your response. Click ‘reply’ to send.

Currently, Hotel Mate is available in 5 languages (English, German, Russian, French, Dutch.)

To connect your social media accounts to your Hotel Mate account, go to ‘ My Profile’ on the top right hand side and you will find the social media fields. Tick which social media platforms you wish to activate and enter the complete URL and click ‘Save Changes’

You can see who last visited your hotel by clicking on ‘Manage Users’ on the navigation menu.

Once you have downloaded the app, you will be able to search for your hotel. You can search by name, city, country or rating.

To avoid your photos becoming distorted, it is reccomended that you upload landscape images below 2MB.

To schedule an offer for a later date, select ‘Manage offers’ from the navigation menu. On the ‘Offer Management’ page click ‘Add Offer’ and input all relevant information. On the ‘Schedule date’ field input the date you would like this offer to be published. Finally, click ‘Schedule on publish date’

To schedule news for a later date, select ‘Manage news’ from the navigation menu. On the ‘News Management’ page, click ‘Add News’ and input all relevant information. On the ‘Schedule date’ field input the date you would like this news to be published. Then click ‘Publish on schedule date’

Events cannot be scheduled for later dates as they are posted in advance to inform guests of the upcoming occasion.

To upload photos to your gallery, select ‘Hotel Settings’ from the navigation menu and then select ‘Manage Gallery’. On the Gallery Management page, you can view all photos already uploaded to your gallery. To add a new photo, simply select the ‘Add image’ button. You then have the option to drag and drop the photos you would like to upload or you can click to search and select. Once you have added your photos, click ‘Submit’.

If you would like to change your password once you are already logged in, go to ‘My Profile’ on the top right hand side and select ‘Change Password’

To log in to your Hotel Mate dashboard, click ‘Hotel Log In’ on our website www.hotelmate.net and proceed to enter your log in details

Simply download the marketing material which can be found on the download link in the admin. All promotional material is designed to be sent straight to the printer. You don’t need to do anything else!

To add news, select ‘Manage news’ from the navigation menu. Click the ‘Add News’ button and proceed to fill out the form with the required information. To notify your guests of the news straight away, select ‘Publish and Notify’. To schedule this for a later time select ‘Publish on Schedule date’

To notify your guests of the event straight away select ‘Publish and Notify’. Alternatively, to schedule this for a later date select ‘Publish on Schedule date’.

To add an offer, select ‘Manage offers’ from the navigation menu. Click the ‘Add Offer’ button and proceed to fill out the form accordingly. To send the offer straight away select ‘Publish and Notify Now’ or to schedule for a later date select ‘Publish on Schedule date’

Currently, Hotel Mate can be paid for via invoice or PayPal.

Hotel Mate costs €80 per month, and can be paid either monthly or annually.

Hotel Mate is completely free to download.

How much is it to register to Hotel Mate? It is free of charge to register to Hotel Mate. However, the monthly cost to activate your hotel is €80 per month.
